About us
Petalia Consulting wasn’t a startup idea - it was built out of necessity.
Over the past decade, we’ve worked across creative and corporate worlds, learning what makes people thrive and what breaks when structure is missing. Somewhere along the way, we became the people others called when things got messy - when projects stalled, when burnout hit, or when the next step felt unclear.
Our story started around 2015, with a mix of art, management, and entrepreneurship. From running creative projects and small teams to leading larger business operations, we’ve seen how clarity and structure can transform even the most chaotic work.
By 2017, we stepped deeper into leadership, managing teams and systems at scale - and saw a common pattern: talented people burning out not because they lacked ideas, but because they lacked sustainable structure. Even great ideas fall apart without rhythm, communication, and a plan that fits how people actually work.
Petalia was built on a simple belief: creativity and structure can coexist.

A note from Diana
Petalia Consulting grew from both sides of who I am.
I’ve always been creative - a photographer - but also the one who naturally organizes things, sees patterns, and helps people make sense of the chaos. Over time, I realized that my real strength lies in combining those worlds: turning creative energy into something sustainable and structured.
That’s what I help others do now - build systems that support their art, their business, and their growth, without losing the heart behind it.
