About us
Petalia Consulting wasn’t planned — it was built out of necessity. Over the past decade, we’ve worn many hats: running businesses from scratch, working inside corporate teams, and helping friends untangle the chaos of early-stage ventures. Somewhere along the way, we became the people others called when things got stuck; when burnout hit, when operations broke, or when the next steps felt blurry.
Our roots go back to 2015, when we first stepped into the world of business — juggling project management, customer relationships, and operations while running a company straight out of high school. That early experience shaped everything: the need to wear multiple hats, to figure things out fast, and to learn (often the hard way) how much structure matters when things start to scale.
In 2017, we stepped into the corporate world to see how larger systems functioned — and we learned how teams break down when processes are missing or people are overlooked. We saw that even well-funded companies often lacked the basics: clear roles, sustainable pacing, honest feedback loops, and systems that actually work for humans — not just for metrics.
Petalia was born from a simple belief: businesses don’t break because people don’t care, they break because people are left to figure things out alone.
Over the years, we’ve helped others informally — offering structure, clarity, and support to those navigating early growth, transitions, or even career pivots. Whether it was helping friends build out their startups or guiding teams through burnout recovery, we kept coming back to the same principle: support only works when it’s built on honesty, structure, and care.
We don’t follow off-the-shelf frameworks. We don’t pretend every problem has a quick fix. What we do offer is a committed partnership:
