These terms outline how we work, what you can expect from us, and what you agree to by engaging with our services. By submitting an intake form, participating in a session, or working with Petalia Consulting in any capacity, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Petalia Consulting is the public-facing name of PETALIA GROUP S.R.L.

Based in Romania, operating remotely across Europe.

2. Services provided

We offer tailored consulting services including:

• Project-based consulting for new or early-stage teams

• Short-term operational support for small businesses

• 1:1 consulting for professionals navigating transitions or burnout

Each package is customized based on your goals, team structure, and available capacity.

3. Intake & fit process

All new clients begin by completing a short intake form. This allows us to understand your current situation and assess whether our services are the right fit.

Submitting the form does not guarantee a collaboration. We only move forward if we believe we can offer meaningful support.

4. Pricing & payment

All pricing is stated in EUR, but invoices are issued in RON based on the BNR exchange rate valid on the invoice date.

We do not currently charge VAT (microenterprise status).

Payment is due upfront or according to written agreement, depending on the selected package.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

You must provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Exceptions may be considered in urgent or medical cases.

We also reserve the right to reschedule with advance notice if needed.

6. Communication & responsibilities

We communicate through email, video calls, and shared workspaces (e.g. ClickUp, Google Drive).
Clients are expected to:

• Show up on time to scheduled sessions

• Respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe

• Take ownership of implementing agreed steps

We provide structure and guidance — but your follow-through is essential.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, including project data, intake responses, and session notes, is treated as confidential and will not be shared outside of Petalia Consulting without your written permission.

The only exception is if required by law.

8. Intellectual property

Any templates, documents, strategies, or tools shared during our work are for your personal or internal use only.
Redistributing, publishing, or reselling them is not permitted without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best to offer clear, strategic support. However, we are not responsible for business outcomes, financial losses, or delays resulting from your use (or non-use) of the services provided.

We do not offer legal, financial, therapeutic, or medical advice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law.
Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If legal steps are needed, jurisdiction falls under the competent courts of Romania.
